what does it mean?

Not years.
Pounds.
This blog represents the 60 pounds I hope to lose in 2007.
A few years ago I started on my way to this goal and dropped about 30 pounds all told. I have managed to gradually put those back on, much to my chagrin.
So 2007 seems like as good a year as any. Whether the posting will actually help, or quickly fall by the wayside, time will tell.
I want to keep track of my weight (duh), exercise ideas and programs to try, recipes, and maybe a list of prospective rewards for reaching certain milestones along the way.
