So I may need to get a digital scale instead of the kind of hard to read dial version I have in the bathroom now, but I did my first weigh in this morning.
215 - 60 = 155
This lovely number will represent my goal for 2007. We may need to re-evaluate after that, since that may still be a bit high. But I think a 60 pound loss will remain pretty impressive.
I am currently trying to follow the fun little Bikini Body program from Shape magazine which has some cardio plans and also a stregth workout each month for three months. I am two weeks in, but I may have to discount the last week, since I pretty much bombed.
I have yet to go to the gym today, but don't lose heart! It's not even lunch time yet.
