I did the elliptical for the rolling hills program.
I think tomorrow my mom is going to come over and we will walk on the Mt Vernon trail for a while. This can count for one of my endurance days, I think. But I really need to do the strength training tomorrow. Or maybe tonight, with the cardio thrown in? Or maybe I can motivate for another trip to Gold's after work?
